Congratulations to Informatics faculty Paul Dourish and QUT/Melbourne research fellow Christine Satchell on having their paper, "Beyond the User: Use and Non-Use in HCI" accepted to OzCHI 2009.

The paper explores why it might be just as important to think about the ways that people DON'T use computers as the ways that they do.
