This is pretty interesting. They are cramming more and more sensors into cell phones, which opens up lots of possibilities that could not be thought of before. I am a bit skeptical about bilborads, since if there are two bilborads next to each other and you're relatively far away pointing at one, it would be hard for the system to differentiate between the two based on the compass data. It depends on how accurate the compass is (+- 1 degree, or +- 10 degrees, etc). Does anyone know how accurate these compasses are?
